Know the Dangers of Non Communicable Diseases

World Health Organization data about non communicable diseases So far, we may assume that infectious diseases are a threat to our safety. Actually, non-infectious disease is one cause of death in the world, but we are less aware, even the World Health Organization (WHO) states that in 2020 non communicable diseases is a terrible scourge for humans, the article of approximately 73-75% of deaths caused by non communicable diseases.
Dangers of non communicable diseases
The dangerous of non communicable diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes mellitus, cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. All of that is caused by unhealthy lifestyle habits such as smoking, eating excess sugar, supine exercise, and consuming alcohol. we have to change this lifestyle, because it is so can cause dangerous diseases we are exposed as above.
Most people underestimate the disease is not contagious, they only focused on infectious diseases, like AIDS, diabetes, etc.. In fact, non communicable diseases are actually more Dangerous than the infectious diseases.
Number of deaths due to non communicable diseases
From the data obtained in 2010 were on average every country in the world proved that, stroke, high blood pressure and heart topped the cause of someone’s death. Where the cause of death from heart disease and high blood pressure reached 197 people and 119 people from a stroke.
Therefore, do not underestimate the non communicable diseases
